Stacey Brigham
Regulatory Director
Stacey is the Corporate Secretary and Regulatory Director for TCA. She joined TCA in 2007 and works directly with clients to educate and advise them on federal and state policy matters. She is responsible for advocacy and expert witness testimony on critical issues in both the federal and state jurisdictions, including federal universal service reform, various state high cost fund reforms, consumer protection and wireless spectrum regulations.
Since 2010, Stacey has been involved in establishing the direction of and drafting TCA Comments on various proceedings before the FCC, including issues related to federal USF distribution and contribution reform. She is a member of NTCA's Associate Member Task Force, which provides expertise and assistance to the Industry & Regulatory Policy Committee. She is also an associate member of the WTA Public Policy Committee.
Stacey has over six years of experience with facilitating Strategic Planning Meetings, providing strategic guidance for dozens of rural broadband companies. She has successfully guided management teams and boards through strategic discussions, goal setting and execution of their plans for strategic growth, revenue diversification, and workforce planning.
Stacey is a Principles Certified Coach and leads individuals and groups through PrinciplesYou individual assessment results and PrinciplesUs team dynamic analysis to improve self-awareness, and team performance, engagement and trust.
Originally from Denver, Colorado, she holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Organizational Management. In her spare time, Stacey loves to travel and enjoys foreign films.
