Nate Holmes

Nate joined TCA in 2024 with 19 years of experience. Proven talent for aligning objectives with established and emerging operations and administrative paradigms to achieve maximum operational impacts. Faith-based leader with expertise spanning business development, cross-functional team leadership, process optimization, technology solutions, project management, bookkeeping, strategic planning, recruitment, training and development, sales, quality assurance, issue resolution, continuous improvement, counseling, and relationship management. Exceptional professional with keen interpersonal, communications, and resource allocation expertise.

He graduated from California State University Fullerton concentrating in Finance in 2018, after serving in the United States Marine Corps for 9 years. While Serving in the military he deployed twice. His first deployment was to Iraq, and his second was spent mostly out on sea on an assault ship traveling to 5 countries. His main responsibilities were in the communications field, providing essential and effective communication on the battlefield, and training more than 200 marines.

Most recently he ran his own business as a licensed minor home improvement contractor, which he decided to move on from, into a career which he could see himself doing long term, that focused more on his degree, while also utilizing his professional experience.

He enjoys going on hikes throughout Colorado Springs, and spending time with his son Parker.
