Josh joined TCA as a Financial Consultant in the Fall of 2019, shortly after graduating from the University of Colorado, Boulder with a Bachelor's degree in Finance and Accounting. He specializes in cost studies, forecasts, and quarterly Universal Service Fund filings. Josh was born in Colorado Springs and has lived in Colorado his whole life. Josh enjoys reading, working out, and camping in the summers.
